It’s a bit dated. Staff are friendly and helpful. There appears to be people living there long-term and smoke on their rooms. The stairwell also smelled like smoke and marijuana constantly.

The hotel was not super clean and could use some repairs. Staff was nice and accommodating. Price was right. Smell of weed and cigarette smoke was strong in our room and really bad at times in the hallways.

The room was fine.. the elevator sounded like it was going to breakdown any moment. The first night the pool and pool room was so cold, even the kids didnt last long in it and us adults never went into the pool. The second night it was warmer both in the pool room and the pool itself. The first morning when we went to get breakfast there was absolute chaos. I guess the person who was supposed to be working quit? Not really sure. All we know is we walked into the breakfast area and other guests told us there were no plates and no one around. We found the paper plates on a shelf in the pantry.. but still no one to be found. There was a number posted at the desk to call if you needed anything and no answer when we called it. The maintence man ended up going in and cooking more sausage etc for the breakfast and trying his best to get things replenished even though that wasn't his job area -- he was so friendly to the guests even stressed out, he definitely deserves a raise!! The second morning, breakfast was slightly better, but the fresh fruit area had a couple of almost rotten squishy apples in it both days and no other fruit which was kinda odd for hotel breakfasts.. and unfortunately my youngest didnt have anything to eat because the hard boiled eggs tasted weird and they didnt have any kid appealing cereals (out of the honey nut cheerios) and no fruit meant nothing she'd really eat.. and my middle kiddo wanted orange juice and that was off in both taste and color.

We had a wonderful stay. The front deck lady was wonderful and helpful. I can't remember her name but she was great!! All staff went above and beyond. Breakfast was great. I will definitely will stay again.

Breakfast was good. Staff was overworked, so the service was slow. Hotel was badly outdated. The pool was closed for repairs, our sink was clogged, our first room had sheets that were tore and stained. All in all, probably met the expectations for the price paid.

the place was good except for the ladies club taking over the lobby seating. every time i entered the lobby area i felt like i was intruding on their meetings. they should of been in the conference room. other than that, it was ok.
