Staff was great as always. First room tv didn’t work restroom handle was broken and the restroom door didn’t open/close right. 2nd room there was a blob of black hair left on the restroom floor next to the trash can

Long check in
Arrived a little early, decided to try and check in room wasn't ready. Ok no big deal we were 30 minutes early. Decided to check out some things, arrived back at 4:30. Still not ready. This is an hour and a half after check in time. Was told at least another 10 minutes, at least I was given the keys. The room was nice, could use a darkening curtain. The lights glowed through the blinds. There were 4 floors in the building. It was like a maze finding your room.
