Overall dirty & not kept up, staffed allows non guests to come stay at the pool & took 45min-1hr for staff to run up towels pictures on expedia for this property are not the correct ones of the actual property they’re misleading. Hotel had a mildewing smell & overall unwelcoming attitude by staff. Would not stay here again.

They charge $25 for parking, and $25 per person on top of the booking plus a cash deposit of $100. There’s no beach access and the beach view is obstructed by other buildings.

We arrived for check-in around 1:30 pm, had to return at 3:00. Clerk was rude in saying it wasn't a condo for the price, and maybe I should have stayed elsewhere. The hotel seemed almost empty. We left, then returned. The elevator was stuck so we had to go up to the 4th floor by stairs, same for the morning, had to take the stairs down. The shower sprayed water everywhere, the bathroom sink had a lot of calcium around it. The bed sheets were very thin, had I known, I would have taken my own. I will not recommend this place to no one. I wanted to ask for a credit but the lady was being rude to the customer before me.

An interesting experience and quite nice for a couples getaway. This hotel is built in an abandoned mall so you interesting features like a glass elevator. However it is not exactly a fancy hotel and had a dingy smell. The hot tub and pool were heated and we got it all to ourselves which was really nice!
