Very nice 3 bedroom/2.5 bath unit, sleeps 6. Beachfront with view of gulf and

bridge walkover to the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. Nice pool,

large sun deck, elevator, security gate. STR PERMIT #2023-0220.



SEAGULL 101 - Small and private complex, one of the best beachfront condos. On

wide expense of beach only 2 miles north of bridge. Close to restaurants and

shopping. Nice pool, large sun deck, elevator, security gate. Bridge to walk

over to beach, 2 and 3 bedroom condos, very clean and nice. You'll be back

again. During the month of March there is a two week minimum stay. Lots of

things to do on the island, shopping, fishing, swimming, surfing, Sea Turtle

Inc, South Padre Island Birding Nature & Alligator Sanctuary, Island Adventure

Park, Gravity Adventure Park, The Stables, Coastal Studies Lab, and more!! STR

Seagull Vacation

We had a great time. The beach and pool are so close, we barely left our condo! The kids especially loved the boogie boards they found in the closet. Aside from a few minor issues ( e.g., broken dining room chairs), the condo was very well outfitted and furnished. We definitely plan to come back.
