Upstairs 1st bedroom has a queen bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen & twin beds. Bathroom adjoins the 2 bedrooms & entry from the great room. Living room has a sofa sleeper, best suitable for a child/teen.
Downstairs has a large bedroom with 2 full beds & a futon. Futon best of children. 2nd bathroom is in bedroom. Downstairs living area has a day bed, best suitable for a child/teen.
Fenced-in backyard and secure windsurf/kite board equipment racks on back patio. Garage has can be used by renters for equipment safekeeping.

Amazing Beach Stay – Pet-Friendly and Fully Stocked!

We loved our stay at this beach rental! It's in a perfect location—just a short walk or drive to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed: a full kitchen, comfy beds, fast Wi-Fi, and even beach gear. Our dog loved the backyard!Clean, cozy, and convenient. We’d definitely stay here again!

Very nice home close to the beach

Arlene was an amazing host. The home was clean and very nice we enjoyed our stay here at south padre island. The home is in a nice secluded spot with a wonderful view of the fireworks and the beautiful sunset. Very spacious house with enough beds for everyone. Wonderful home and island would recommend it for big families or even small ones.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious home! The pictures do not do it justice. Nice home with lots of room. It was clean and a great place to relax when we were ready for downtime. Great place for a great time

The house is great. It’s not far from the beach, it was bigger than what I thought and it’s was not far from all the hot spots around the island. We will be definitely coming back here again.
