This home accommodates up to 10 guests, with a maximum of 8 adults. Children under 13 are welcome within the 10-person total. This applies 24/7.

If you are looking to spend a day out adventuring, travel to the nearby mountains for an exhilarating hike, jog down to the lake’s edge and jump right in, or spend a day zipping down the snowy slopes, and then return to the backyard hot tub to soothe your muscles and soak in the stunning meadow and mountain views.

Make use of the gas fireplace and relax in front of the HDTV with cable and DVD players. Conk out in one of the two downstairs bedrooms both with queen beds. Send the kids upstairs to enjoy their own bonus room with TV. The bedroom with 4 twin beds is ideal for a sleepover. The master suite hosts a queen bed, HDTV, full private bathroom with walk-in shower, and incredible views.

If cooking is your forte, enjoy the kitchen with refrigerator, ice maker, electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics. Or step outside and BBQ up a delicious meal on back deck. Serve your family at the dining table with seats for 8 and views of the meadow.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

We follow Rent Responsibly standards and VHR ordinances. Noise-monitoring equipment protects guests from complaints. Outdoor security cameras ensure parking compliance. No interior cameras are used.

This home has security cameras to ensure parking does not exceed legal requirements as well as a security camera in the backyard overlooking the meadow. We care about your safety and security and do not permit any video security devices inside our homes.
