I asked for bread for toast and they said they dont have, however i peaked in the kitchen and there was a loaf of bread on the counter top that they refused to take out. The hotel was comfortable, had all the basics, it was clean. Front desk staff were there but not overly friendly. Arriving after a 4 hour drive in a snow storm, a smile and how are you would have been appreciated. Nobody was rude, just not front desk friendly. There were a couple of nights where other guests exited at 4 or 5 in the morning and there was a bit of door slamming that woke us up.

This is a Holiday Inn Express. Maybe it's been redone recently. Things seemed very new as of Feb '25. We were grateful for how clean and comfortable things were. They had full breakfast, Dove branded products in the bathroom, and grab and go in the lobby. It was clean and the shower had plenty of warm water. No complaints!
