This Comfort Inn is in a convenient location just off the highway. The property is a bit dated so if you prefer a more modern hotel experience you might want to try other options. Staff/service was good and there are decent shopping/dining options nearby. Parking isn't the most convenient as you many of the parking spots are far around the backside of the hotel. Overall it offers decent value for the money and I would consider staying here again for the right price.

Dirty and wrong size beds

We booked this hotel to be close to UVM Hospital while my dad was in the ICU. Sadly, he passed away that evening, so I reserved a room with two queen beds to ensure my mom, my partner, and I had a comfortable stay. However, we were given two full-size beds instead, which were not as comfortable. The sheets had a noticeable black stain (as shown in the photo), and both the walls and bathroom were dirty. Overall, this was one of the least clean hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Unkempt room

Upon entering my room it appeared as though someone had slept on top of the bed. The pillows were in disarray and the top bedding was messy. Upon laying down on the bed I noticed a strong smell of body odor. I called the front desk and asked to have housekeeping change the bedding. Since housekeeping had left the premises, they moved me to an open suite. Although I appreciated their attention to the matter, it’s disappointing to have this happen because regardless of the room, cleanliness will always be of concern in the future.

Driveway beside the property needed to be plowed. Other than that, parking was fine, and walkways were clear. The rooms were very clean, I even checked the heating vent, and it was clean! Whirlpool tub did not work, but maybe I wasn't doing something right.
