We didnt stay long, just the one night as our flight left early. The hotel was nice, not 5 stars but it was in good shape. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The nightstand in my room was sticky, as though someone had spilled a sweet drink and no one cleaned it up. Bathroom had a previous leak and the door was splitting and there was other water damage present. Wood furniture in room had sticky, chipping finish. The location is noisy, just next to a highway ramp so there is a lot of traffic noise and the windows didn't seal properly. The back door, adjacent to the main parking area was never locked, though I never arrived back there after 8 PM, so I don't know whether it gets locked later. That unsecured back door made me concerned about security at the hotel. Walls are very thin. The guest in a the next room had a bad cough and it sounded very loud in my room.

Perfectly average experience. Room was nothing fancy but fine for 3 people for 2 nights. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location is convenient -- very close to the highway, 3 minutes from UVM's campus and 7 minutes to downtown Burlington.

The room we were in had badly water damaged ceiling tiles in the Bathroom from repeated leaks. They looked like they were about to collapse. The bottom of the door was rotten with small cockroaches running around on the floor. The toilet paper was terrible. Sadly, the worst and most expensive Comfort Inn I have every stayed in.

Convenient location

At night, it was noisy from the traffic outside. Also, there was a draft from the closed window so room was cold. Only one washing machine was working in the laundry. However, bedroom was clean, beds comfortable and free breakfast available.

It was raining very hard when i checked in. There was a car parked under the awning, so had had to park a distance away. By the time i got my luggage out of the car and to the front desk i was soaked. I asked about the car and the fellow at the desk said it was his. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Employes should leave that area open for guests.
