This property is not how they advertise , the bathrooms are dirty and smell & there was a stain on the sheet that should’ve been washed before putting on the bed . It was right in the middle as soon as I pulled the sheets back.

We booked two nights. The first breakfast the eggs and sausage were cold. Almost out of cereal and only one banana. The secondorning. There weren't any eggs and cereal was almost gone again. The bright spot was that the room was very clean

This hotel is unsafe, filthy, and run by unprofessional, abusive management. As a domestic violence survivor seeking safe shelter, I was mocked, disrespected, and harassed for raising legitimate concerns about my stay. Rather than resolving the issues I reported, management became upset that I didn’t “show proper respect” — as if guest safety and satisfaction require submission. The next morning, I was subjected to loud banging on my door, repeated angry phone calls, either in retaliation for my honest review or because they failed to properly check my valid, prepaid booking. Either way, this behavior was completely inappropriate and alarming Using the police as conflict resolution is the mark of a weak leader, sir. Respect is earned — not demanded. The WiFi was nearly unusable — constantly dropping and causing booking errors and double charges. I spent my entire stay trying to correct their mistakes while being refused help. The pet fee was switched mid-stay. Expedia listed $35 per stay, which I paid at check-in. Yet later I was told this fee was daily — an unreasonable and deceptive practice for a property like this. I am still missing over $200 from unexplained double charges and billing errors — unresolved because of this location’s mismanagement. Formal complaints have been filed with the proper agencies. The hotel is dirty, overpriced, and staffed by people who clearly don’t care about guest safety or dignity. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was clean, bed reasonably comfortable, bathroom ok. General atmosphere in hallways, lobby was functional but not especially “nice.” Breakfast was pretty minimal, but ok. The price was very reasonable though - so we are not complaining!

The hotel rooms are tiny and dirty. There was no elevator so I had to carry my heavy luggage up steep stairs, and the place smelled of heavy spices. When I told the front desk that I wanted to go somewheres else they would not refund my money since I had already paid for 3 nights, over $700. Even though I had not used the place. When I insisted, they threatened to call police. I told them to go ahead, so they locked the doors on me.

The shower had horrendous mildew - it was really disgusting. Someone should be fired for allowing the bathroom to be in the state it was in. The staff in the morning during checkout was more interested in her phone conversation (with her earbuds on) than customer service. Would not recommend!
