Noisy teens, no towels

Noisy teens running in halls until midnight. Room had only 1 wash cloth, tried to get more towels and all they had left was 1 more wash cloth and 2 hand towels. No clean rooms but eventually found a room that hadn't been claimed yet for us. Not impressed with the property.

Stayed overnight with our dog, was charged a $75 non refundable pet fee. Expedia really needs to do a better job disclosing these pet fees. Anyway, there were no towels in the room, no soap, the treadmill in the workout room didn’t work. Breakfast was better than expected.

Nice hotel. Easy to get to, check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious and clean. There was a robotics tournament nearby as well as a lacrosse tournament, so a lot of younger guests. Got a bit loud at times. Not the hotel’s fault in any way, just timing. Overall, great experience.

Room was really nice, but that's it. Super loud and staff could care less about people drinking and screaming in the courtyard at 1am. Pool is very small and rundown. No hot tub. Breakfast was sad. Worst powdered eggs I've ever had at a hotel. Sausage was so over cooked it was leather. Card wouldn't work on back door where most of the parking was so you had to carry everything around the building to and from the front door. Looks like the hotel used to be nice. But like most others, no one cares to makes thing looks nice anymore or spend money to fix broken stuff at hotel. No ice machines were working.

Reserved a suite for the night. When we arrived there weren't any suites available. The person working the front desk was not very attentive. They were able to get us into two separate rooms. Breakfast was not good at all.

Really happy with our stay. Didn't eat breakfast so I can't speak to that. The room was comfortable and more than met our needs. We stayed in several rooms in different places over the course of the week and this was the best value by far. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Disappointed

The outside of the property looked nice. Once entering the lobby staff was very friendly and accommodating. Walking to the room through the hallways there was a distinct smell of mildew. Entering room, hole in the bathroom wall, bathroom dispensers were all empty. The pool had things floating in it, and the pool area had trash all over. Breakfast the next morning was very disappointing with limited choices, no eggs, no breads and bacon looked like dog treats.

Detail

It was not a bad hotel. It's a pet friendly hotel which is ok, but the only concern is the room cleaners has to pay attention to animal hair and other things from animals particularly. One of the chairs in the room I couldn't sit on because it had dog hair on it.
