The space is comfortable, spotless, and well‑equipped. The kitchenette has everything you might need, and the location is great—an easy walk to restaurants and shops. Check‑in instructions were clear and straightforward, though the address was a bit tricky to locate at first. As noted in the listing, there’s no elevator, and the apartment is on the 3th floor (4th floor for Americans), so be prepared for the stairs.

Clean room in a quiet area. Very nice as we booked later in the afternoon. A quick walk to the old city. Also, loved having a laundromat, fruit vendor, and salameria nearby!

The apartment was lovely & just a short walk from Sorrento old town & not too far from the train/bus station. It's slightly hard to find but Googemaps will get you there in the end. The only negative is the way that it is advertised as a "pool view" There is a pool but it belongs to a totally different apartment/hotel. Would I stay there again? Yes, but not if I wanted a place with a pool.

Very Impressed, was decently priced, great location. less than 10 minute walk to the centre where all the shops are, less than 15 min from15 train station, 15 to the port. Loved sorrento’s vibe. Would definitely come back and stay longer. Water pressure was great!

Stayed two nights. It's reasonably cheap and central. *Shower is a bit old and clunky and mostly not working. *Lots of plastic used for toiletries *Water on first day not on second. In the same way the mini snacks (fette biscottate) on First day bit second *As VIP guest, you get a bottle of wine (rather common perk). What was unusual was to get a 175ml bottle (the ones you get on a plane) rather than a normal sized bottle * Very poor sound proofing, so if the other guests are noisy, you'll hear everything *On the Saturday, we got awaken by the cleaner who arrived in the flat and yelled on the phone for over 15 minutes. Really annoying.

The area was safe. We were able to walk to the grocery store, the bakery and all the shops and restaurants. There was also a laundromat near by. Our room was cleaned every day and we received fresh towels. The train and bus station was 15 minutes away.

The service was great. They were always responsive during their business hours and always helpful. The location is fantastic if you like to walk as everything major is 10-20 minutes away by walking. It is also right by the train station, which made commuting very easy. Great place to stay!

Great room! Very clean, good size with kitchenette conveniences and a nice patio as well. Good communication with the staff prior to arrival. Directions coming from train station were a little confusing but we figured it out. Good location for the price and can walk to shopping and to the water but I wish it was a bit closer. But the location for the price is well worth it. Oh, and a lovely bakery right across the start along with a produce stand.

Our stay here was excellent. The property was easily accessible for self check in and had all the facilities we could have needed for our time here. The staff we met each morning were lovely and our room was always made spotless for us coming back. The pool facility belongs to the hotel next door but was available for our use for €20pp. The area was quiet but felt safe and was only a short walk from the main square and all major transport links
