Convenient to town centre. Nice and clean and friendly staff. However air conditioning didn’t cool room and it was very hot and humid and the bed was very hard - so we didn’t sleep well at all while we were there. If those were sorted I would give 5 stars

Staff at times was not the best. It was an issue getting a couple of glasses and some ice for our room. past the edge of the nicer part of town. And we had some bugs in the room. Air conditioner seemed not to be up to the task.

This place was awesome. The breakfast was great in the morning. The room was very nice. It was right down the block from the Square close to everything you could want to do and be able to walk. Will definitely come back again one day.

Lovely accommodation

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was the best we’ve had anywhere. Great selection, fresh and beautifully displayed. It was quiet and near a restaurant that offered free shuttle service which is very helpful. Only thing we could say was a negative was the beds we had were hard, which is not unusual in many European hotels.

Throughout the process they were communicative and responsive. We were allowed to store our luggage before check in while we took a day trip to Capri, which was really appreciated. It is about a 15 minute downhill walk to the port. The staff are so nice and accommodating and the breakfast in the morning had a variety to select from and was delicious.

The breakfast is amazing! They can make eggs to your style but we decided to stick to what they served since we are in Italy and it was all delicious. The staff were all friendly from check in to check out. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The parking is located around the corner and I gated parking lot of a business which has cameras and a gate code to get in and out. The hotel is located down the street from all the restaurants and shopping so it’s easy 5-10mins walk. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Sorrento again

Great hotel close to everything

Martina and Nello welcomed us. This was a great hotel. Easy to walk to where all the action is. Good location, clean spacious room and great staff. Really enjoyed the breakfast.
