Good location, poor room environment.

The room is in a good location. It was on the 3rd floor so a functional lift is important. WiFi was good and tea and coffee facilities were available. There was no room service during my 3 night stay and no breakfast. The main shower head was broken with water going everywhere. In spite of complaining, there was no improvement. There was a horrible, continuous smell in the hall and room coming from the drains. No amount of fragrance can compensate for the odour.

This is a three-room hotel in an apartment building. The room is nice and the bathroom is very modern. The terrace with table and chairs was great, though it was dusty when I arrived, and overlooks other apartments. The bed was nice and the coffee was a bonus. I'm sensitive to both the sewage smell in some older buildings in Europe and the large quantities of room fragrance the owners put out to mask the odors. There is an extra tourist tax in Italy that must be paid on arrival.

Very Nice Place To Stay In Sorrento

Overall, a great place to stay. Central location near the train station. Enjoyed having a kitchen. My only complaint was not having hot water long enough for a shower. Service was excellent! Prompt responses to all inquiries.

We had an issue with the shower since day 1 (it was totally clogged) and couldn't get in touch with the main contact until the last day. Nevertheless, the owner gave us a big discount because of not being able to solve it during our stay.
