A hidden gem! The room was clean and quiet. It was easy to find and plenty of parking. A quick drive to all the places we were going nearby. Staff was friendly and even went out of their way to contact me when I accidentally left something in the room after check out.

We stayed on a visit to the University. The staff wqs AWESOME, specially the manager Adriana. They were looking to help and attend our requests as soon as we arrived. This of course is an older facility but perfect if you are visiting the University facilities.

Think twice before booking

The hotel does not have a luggage room service. For a hotel with such an early checkout time (10:00 AM) that receives prospective students and families this is a serious handicap. We had to haul our luggage through campus during the tour.

The property locates inside Cook/Douglas Campus so it’s very convenient to walk around there for my visit. The sound proofing is not the best as one can hear the doors closing and water flushing next door. The property is a bit old but kept quite clean. It’s very quiet at night which is a big plus.
