Pool was closed. That was the reason I choose this hotel after my cancer doctor. Not very clean.i wanted to heat my food up they told me 25 charge to rent a microwave. That was ridiculous.

Rooms were average, mattress was good but sloped down towards headrest. We were put up next to room with dog which barked on and off during night. Nothing special offered at breakfast so we didn't opt in, there was no one at breakfast anyway.

Nice hotel lobby entrance feels like it doesn't match the rooms , I paid for the luxury king size bed room , I didn't understand where the luxury detail was ? Paying for parking $30 seems a bit outrageous, Location and Walking distance to everything is ideal if you re going for a show or event in the heart of the city , Overall ok stay , they came into our room without knocking in the morning which was surprising though wasn't even checkout time. Managers should speak to staff and who is doing the check in as you don't feel very welcomed or greeted as you arrive.
