We traveled through the snow storm and were graciously allowed to check in early. Junior at front desk was professional and kind, we appreciated the welcome after such a treacherous drive. Our stay was extremely comfortable and peaceful. Room was clean and modern. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The room was clean, the hotel was quiet and the free daily breakfast was sub par. The star of the show was the front desk. I had the pleasure of dealing with Terrell and he was pleasant, accommodating and had great energy. 5 stars for him! This is a new hotel but I’d revisit again and again just for the customer service.

This was a perfect stay for my husband and three children. The room was spacious, kitchen had everything we needed, and the amenities were all great. The staff was incredible and extremely friendly. They went above and beyond assisting to send me an important folder that I left behind (most places would have just thrown it away). I would definitely stay here again.

Unnecessary charge for parking

This was the 2 nd time we have stayed here. Every thing was great except for the fact we were charged for parking. We were not informed of the fee prior to booking or upon arrival.
