Needs a lot of Upgrades

I have stayed at this hotel frequently. The TVs are horrible—there is no info data on channels, and the TV kept freezing and glitching. As I stated in my previous stays here, there needs to be a lot of upgrading with this, and as far as being named the Homewood Suites of the Hilton, it doesn't really stand up to Hilton standards. Also, the cleaning workers have no etiquette whatsoever, standing in front of guests' rooms, invading privacy when it wasn't even checkout time!

Very personable check in person, though she was away from the desk when I walked in dealing with allergies. Quiet, clean property. Front desk button on phone didn’t work. Tv remote worked terribly. I called to report it, but then all of a sudden it kind of worked, so I said never mind. But then it barely worked after I hung up! Glassware in cupboard had water spots. Not a terrible place, but it should have been better for the money I spent.

Good stay but ...

I really like the location of this hotel. There are plenty of stores and restaurants around. I liked the room but I do have some things I did not like. The bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable. I found clumps of hair under the covers between the top sheet and fitted sheet. I found that the living room furniture (loveseat and chair) were very low to the ground. While watching the T.V., the connection had a constant interruption every few minutes.

Our stay was good we had a bit of trouble when we arrived wirh the computer systems being down which was corrected pretty fast ... the pool was nice a bit cloudy but nice .. breakfast was a bit crazy the poor lady there was alone and it was busy things were running out faster then she could keep up but she certainly did her best considering.

The light was broken in the bathroom. I asked that the bulb be replaced. Someone came to look at it and stated it would be fixed the next day. it was not fixed at all during our stay. It is lovely to shower in a semi dark room. There were no glasses or a hairdryer initially but housekeeping took care of it. This facility needs better maintenance.

Nice enough hotel. Suite was on the smallish side but clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Decent hotel for a decent price for the weekend.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. We had no complaints in the one night we stayed there. The breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.
