The coffee area was pretty messy Breakfast is good but same thing over and over. We have stayed 3 times now Definitely clean and felt safe Wish guests would be considerate when opening doors and closing them and not letting them slam shut Would definitely stay again

The front desk staff was terrible, we had been driving for hour's, it was a long day, we were checking in late and we had booked 2 rooms on Expedia, the guy at the front desk couldn't find our booking, showed him the itinerary number which he said wouldn't help, after about 20min he said he found one room but not the second, showed him the reciept and he argued with me on the date on the top which was oct 11 procceeded to show him check in oct 10 check out oct 11!!! Still made me sit down, he was waiting for another perchase to come across for a second room, had to show reciept again, 1 purchase for 2 rooms there would not be a 2nd purchase had to show him 1st room 2nd room and the total, then he broke down n said he would give us a second room, first time we ever experienced that otherwise we book on Expedia all the time and NEVER have a problem
