I am sorry you were obviously disappointed with your stay at our Property. As you have chosen to leave an anonymous review, I have no indication as to the rate you paid for what must have been our advertised ECONOMY Family Inter-connecting rooms. I assume it was well under $100 per room which, for Peak Tourist season in Tasmania, would normally be considered very reasonable. We have this option available with the intention of providing low cost accommodation for families holidaying in our area. Generally our guests who choose this option are wanting a clean and comfortable place to lay their heads without blowing the budget. Should you decide to stay with us again in the future, I would suggest you opt for our Standard, Executive or Superior rooms, these are of course at a higher rate but offer the comforts you obviously expect. A 1/5 score is rather low when I assume your room was to our usual high standard of cleanliness, endless hot water in both bathrooms, free internet, free movies, etc... Tip for future travel - if 'Economy' is the lead-in descriptor, please don't misread it for Luxury.
