Make it make sense

This room was dirty. A smashed roach was on the bathroom wall. There were no washcloths towels, dingy, and old. roaches in the room. No accountability taken when brought up to management attention claims if someone has spoken up they would’ve done something. You don’t answer the phone not walking down. The hallway on my back is out because I had back surgery.

The property has a front area that is called the Lobby. It has no seating area in the said lobby, no furniture, no television, an empty space with a dirty carpet in the center. They used a satellite service for the television and this service is terrible. The television service is on and off and you cannot really watch anything in the television for more that 45 seconds. They don’t deserve my money. The place is still under renovation and fresh paint and fresh paint fume is noticeable and could be smelled by asthmatic and sensitive persons like me.

There was a party hosted on the hotel property. They booked my room behind the party room. The party didn’t finish till almost 12:30AM. There were guests from the party talking, yelling, and running outside my hotel room, up and down the halls. When I spoke to front desk about all the noise, they said they would take care of it, WHICH THEY DIDN’T!!! I couldn’t fall asleep until 1am. NEVER GO HERE OR AT LEAST CALL AHEAD AND MAKE SURE THEY HAVE NO EVENTS DURING YOUR STAY!!! WORST STAY EVER!!!
