The advert clearly says WIFI available, when we got there it was only in reception which is open for 2 hrs in the morning and 2 at night (if they came) and only one person in reception at a time, what a joke as i had to work whilst there. Also bed was broken which we complained about twice and were twice told it would be repaired, which never happened. never staying here again

In desperate need of updating.

The beds were very old and extremely uncomfortable. The pots and pans for the kitchen were damaged- coating was peeling away. The knives were dangerously dull.

hotel limpio y bien situado pero sin comodidades

Apartamento muy limpio pero las comodidades dejan mucho que desear: cuando hablán de un sofá-cama doble se refieren a un sofá que se convierte en 2 camas separadas (no de matrimonio); el Wiffi gratis sólo es en la recepción y en el restaurante (no hay en ningún apartamento); en la tv sólo se ven 3 canales; y no te dan productos de higiene tal y como anuncián en la página web.

apartamento muy pequeño y sombrio

algunas deficiencias como la calefaccion (hacia frio en el apartamento) y la ducha...sin plato y llenandose el baño de agua!!! Sin recepcion 24h. como pone en la web...sin wifi en los apartamentos, teniendo que salir a la calle para ir a la puerta de recepcion o del bar para poder usar sus señales wifi.

Rigtig godt udgangspkt for skiferie i Gran Valira

Vi (to voksne og to drenge på 13 år) boede 5 dage på hotellet og brugte det som udgangspunkt for en skiferie i Gran Valira. Først de gode sider. Der er hver morgen og aften kørsel til og fra Soldeu hvor man tager skiliften. Gåturen hjem er ned af bakke og kan gøres på ca. 15 min hvis ikke man i stedet vil se lidt af byen. Vi bestilte en locker (14 euro pr dag) ved skiliften og det betød at vi ikke havde ski og skistøvler at tænke på. Hvis man kører fra hotellet til skiliften, så koster parkeringen. På hotellet er der fin restaurant, hvor du kan købe ½ pension for 14 euro pr dag. Rigtig fin morgenmåltid som bliver serveret ved bordene med kaffe/the og juice og om aftenen er der 3 retters menu hvor du kan vælge ud fra 2-3 muligheder. Der følger 1 flaske vand, men resten af drikkevarerne skal betales foruden. Fin mad og en rigtig god deal. Hvis man leder efter luksus skal man ikke tage til Deusol. Vi havde et fint værelse med 8 sengepladser i 2 etager med altan, fint udstyret køkken samt badeværelse med karbad. Sengene var dog ikke gode og puderne heller ikke, men samlet set så var vi ovenud tilfredse med vores ophold på Deusol og kan sagtens anbefale det til andre der vil på ski i Andorra. Området er i øvrigt rigtigt godt med masser af både blå og røde pister. Man skal i øvrigt selv gøre rent før udtjekning som først kan ske kl. 0900.
