The room was great. The staff were all really good. The breakfasts and evening meals, buffet, were completely stuffed with variety and al very high quality. The location is about 80m from the gondola with a ski safe. And we found the prices in the bar very reasonable. A botle ofnice Rioja for 21E !! We all loved our stay.

Room was clean but 6th floor was an attic room with velux windows and great views of the slopes. I just had to watch hitting my head as roof was low on one side. There was no pool & spa facilities were not included costing 12 euros a session. Restaurant food was very good as were staff. lighting lacks ambience in restaurant and when busy noisy accoustics through conversations. Great if you like bright lighting but i prefer mood lighting. A minor point but worth mentioning.

The location is great for ski and apres. The rooms are good sizes but the room was ridiculously hot. We had to open all the windows to keep it cool even if that meant snow blowing on to your face in the middle of the night or listening to the noise from the nearby bar that went on till 5am. The sauna is a bit broken. For 12€, you get to use the basic jacuzzis - one is broken - as well as the steam room or the sauna, which has unadjustable heat. The shower is also broken and if you can get it to work it stays on permanently! Staff were really friendly.

Stayed here for 4 nights in February 2025. The room and bed was exceptionally comfortable and the hotel had a really nice feel to it with lots of families staying and hanging out in the communal areas. The food was very good and plentiful so while my Dad and I had paid for breakfast, we also ended up eating here ever night of our stay and loved the meals Chef Junior cooked up at the grill...especially 'Lomo Saltado' (Peruvian stir-fry). Only complaints were that some of the neighbours liked to party until the small hours and could be a bit noisy.

Lovely ski weekend

Hotel was great. Staff were helpful and friendly. Slight hiccup with our first room, but the staff swiftly sorted it and moved us. Breakfast had lots of choice - even for a vegan and vegetarian. Magician was a brilliant bit of entertainment one night!
