Cozy, Chic Ski Condo with Mountain Views

This condo is an end-unit which allows for plenty of natural light plus breathtaking panoramic views off the back deck. The sunsets here are some of the best in Snowshoe; we know every guest will love this cozy condo just as much as we do! This home is a 5-minute walk to “The Village” which gets you access to all the bars, restaurants, and slopes.

We are located on the second floor of the condominium, which is nearly level with the parking lot, meaning you only have a few stairs to climb upon entry. The space is open, cozy and inviting. Each of the three bedrooms has a feature wall, and every bed has an all-season duvet covering a memory foam mattress.
We blended modern design and color pallets while maintaining a cozy and inviting feel, utilizing natural wood accents and a heat-pumping gas fireplace.
We have all weather boot mats, a boot dryer, space for snowy skis and snowboards, an oversized front porch area and inviting rear deck with propane fireplace and outdoor seating.
Our space was meticulously designed to feel like home from the moment you walk in the front door.
**Kid Friendly** - if traveling with young children, we have a standard size pack N play and mattress (you will need to bring your own sheet) as well as 2 booster seats with trays for your convenience! All of these baby essentials are located in the master closet.

We are available via text, phone call and email. There is also a property maintenance manager on site at all times who is able to respond to emergency situations, should they arise.

The neighborhood is directly across the street from the Village at Snowshoe, complete with 170 parking well lit parking spaces, a large community trash compactor.

The back of the condos overlook half a dozen mountain ranges that span for dozens of miles, providing a breathtaking sunset view.

There are 170 total parking spaces for all Summit units, with a limit of two spaces per unit. **MUST display a parking pass**
There is also a free shuttle service which usually arrives within minutes of calling.
The condos are also only a couple minute walk from the Village and multiple slope access points, so getting around is never an issue.

We are conveniently located just across the street from the Village at snowshoe. Shuttle service is also available, free of charge. Once you park upon arrival, there is no need to get back in your vehicle for the rest of your stay!
