The hotel was very clean. We were late arriving and the clerk called me and text instructions on retrieving the room key. Everyone was very nice. The only issue was the air conditioning unit was loud. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay. The suite like room was fantastic. The inside parking was great especially when it was pouring out. All I would say is take some breakfast supplies like eggs and fruit. They had toast, bagels, and muffins. Highly recommend.

We were upgraded to a very nice king suite ! Comfortable bed , lovely big bathroom , good layout, well stocked kitchen . But the rooms carpeting was filthy , my pink slipper Sox were BLACK at the end of the first evening ! Everything else LOOKED clean . Luckily I am a retired nurse so I sanitize everything when we first enter a hotel room. But filthy dirty carpets I don’t expect !

Expedia and hidden fees

The stay was good. The HIDDEN CHARGES sucked. Getting shocked with $200 plus more fees ran me hot at this app. Will not use this app again. Expedia lies. Instead of "total cost of $101.00" (and some change) . It was gonna be another $100 for incidentals and another $100 plus for taxes, cleaning fees, and resort fees. The manager apologized and removed all extra fees but $41. Super great guy
