We loved our time at Fox Dell Cottage. It was the ideal home base while our kids were at camp—peaceful, beautifully kept, and so thoughtfully designed. The cottage feels tucked away and private, but still close to everything in Smallwood. The hosts clearly care about the details, and it made our stay incredibly comfortable and easy. We’d happily return and highly recommend it to any parents looking for a relaxing retreat during camp drop‑off or visiting days.

The cottage was truly ENCHANTING! My daughter and I loved everything about it. (We are 68 and 45 yrs old). It was exactly like the photos and the setting is beautiful. There's a little babbling brook; beautiful ferns, moss, and shade surrounded by natural boulders and Buddha statues gave the whole setting a Zen, peaceful vibe. The inside was beautiful! Built in nooks and niches everywhere; clever storage; completely easy to use kitchen and bathroom; the rain shower is heaven. The beds cozy; the whole cottage was quaint and appointed with little surprises everywhere for the decor - coordinating with the cottage perfectly. Peaceful and quiet. We wish we were staying for a week! It was very near the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts where we saw Ringo & His All-Star Band - which was the purpose of our trip. We will stay again in a heartbeat! Loved it so much!
