The room was clean but my room.was in the annex with a view of the inner courtyard. Staff were friendly enough, the breakfast was decent and no more with a limited selection if you are vegetarian.

Good hotel/ guest house in the Sliema area. We stayed in a superior double room in the Annex with a large bed, two closets, desk, mini-fridge and TV. Clean room. Good buffet breakfast with pastries, eggs, meat, cheese, cereal, juice and coffee/tea. Generally quiet. Extra towels for the pool and/or beach are provided upon request. Courteous nice staff! As others have mentioned, the shower floor and glass wall in the Annex room are too short. Thus water goes out onto the wood floor. We just put a small towel down at the end of the shower pan and tried to direct the water away from the end. 10-15 walk up on a busy street from the Sliema ferry (to Valletta), tour boat cruises, and main bus stops. A 10 min walk in the other direction takes you to Balluta beach and bus stops. A good value in the Sliema area for a nice room with breakfast included.

Trevligt litet hotell som ligger högt upp i Sliema. Rena rum, tråkig frukost. Litet rum utan balkong vilket gjorde att det kändes trångt och instängt. Man behövde dessutom gå genom restaurangen för att komma till rummet vilket kändes olustigt.

Breakfast Breakfast was pretty standard. The butter they offered was more margerine. Scrambled eggs looked rubbery. Coffee wasnt the greatest and they dont really do tea. There are only 2 tea options. Room Room was clean and great size. They book us into a wheelchair friendly room which we didnt need. Great room if someone needs that access. Room was facing the busy part of the street abd the cop shop. Aircon is pretty noisy and made it a bit tricky to sleep. Had a mini fridge which was great but no kettle or coffee machine if you want have an early or late cuppa after breakfast hours. Pool Pool location was as pretty standard or vanilla. Nothing like in the photos online, whichbwas a bit disappointing. Location Excellent location. We liked that it wasnt along the strand. Convenient and walking distance to the ferries. Staff Were very helpful, pleasant and accommodating.

Hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Roof terrace with pool is nice, was never too busy so always managed to get a lounger in the afternoon. Bar opening was unreliable though, but when it was open the team were great. Breakfast is very basic, could do with some more options, but it was good enough and always plentiful. Rooms are modern, clean and nice facilities. Hotel is 5 minutes walk to the waterfront, area feels very safe.

Great place to stay, excellent service from staff happy and friendly and always helpful. Buffet style breakfast very good and tasty. Only grip was bed not comfortable, but all in all a great stay in Sliema.

Pros - The location is excellent and only 10min walk to ferries and buses etc. Staff service is exceptional and very friendly to accommodate. Fabulous rooftop for sunbathing & small pool Room and bathroom was clean & tidy Breakfast has a large choice and very tasty Aircon in room is a godsend Cons - Road outside gets really busy with traffic and I’m sure the air quality at peak times is way above legal limits Sign asking to shower before entering pool is hidden behind plant and hardly anyone showers before use Shower tray in bathroom allows water to run onto bathroom floor flooding bathroom so have to pile towels to stop this happening Walls are thin and due to tiled floor can be quite noisy. Restaurant meant to be best in Malta but menu very limited especially for vegetarian options Our room had no view at all, also if you leave card slot and aircon on overnight bring something to cover the green light as this is very bright especially if a light sleeper like me. - Overall we were happy with our stay.

An enjoyable weeks stay.

All good apart from one day where I did not have anyone make up the room. A very nice accommodation for the week. Breakfast was good and it was nice being able to eat it outside . Friendly staff. Would recommend.
