Staff are exceptional. They are friendly and helpful, always very busy but remember who you are. We were in the Executive Lounge and Lloyd Gray recommended a restaurant which was brilliant. He took time to make sure we and the other guests were comfortable and yet he was very informative and professional. Ground staff were also helpful.
