The room was very clean and plenty of room, a quaint little balcony with great view of the streets of Sliema. The staff were very helpful and always smiling and happy to see everyone, very welcoming. Less than a 5 minute walk to the promenade for the bus, so a great location, I would happily stay here again.

Room was clean and functional. .m Managed to flood the bathroom as no shower curtain. TV didn't work but suspect remote needed new batteries. Breakfast was as a Premier Inn and the guys running breakfast service were extremely helpful. Very close to seafront and local buses. Very good corner shop just across the road - cheap water and soft drinks.

Staff were helpful and friendly but the quality of the room was not even 2 star, let alone 4. My expectations were low, as it was cheaper than other 4 star hotels in the area. But why promote it as a 4 star hotel when it clearly isn't? The quality of the furniture, bed linen, towels, bathroom etc were all below par. The towel rail literally fell off the wall when I put a towel through it! Paint peeling off in some areas. That said, it's in a good location and if you are after a basic room with air-conditioning then it's fine for the price.

The hotel is in a good location and check in was easy. I was slightly disappointed with the look of the room,as the furniture and bed linen was very dated. I could not the watch TV as there was no box connected to it to chose channels, and even directly through the TV there was no option to chose a channel. The WiFi in my room wouldn't connect, but I did manage to connect to the WiFi in the reception area. My biggest complaint is that the door to my room was located near the lift, so it was very noisy with people coming and going at all hours of the day. I did get my 2 nights stay at a very good price, so I was able to accept the negatives of my stay
