Even it was stated that the hotel was soundproof, and a reason why I choose this hotel, it was quite the opposite, there was a lot of noise from outside, but even more from inside the hotel, could hear peoples tv from across the hallway, and it was not turned up unreasonably, for one thing.

A lovely hotel in a very accessible location. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was made to feel very relaxed. My room was a decent size, clean modern and close to lots of amenities. Hotel staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and courteous. I felt very welcome and as if nothing was too much bother. My only issue was with the surrounding area as there is a lot of construction taking place which isn't the fault of the hotel but my advice would be to remain cautious walking around as there isn't always solid pavement to walk on. The area is also very lively lots of loud bars/clubs and young people partying but fortunately the sound proof windows conveniently blocked out the noise to my great satisfaction! I'd highly recommend staying here.

Had an issue with cancellation of a booking through Expedia. I cancelled through Expedia but it didn’t go through due to an Expedia app malfunction and the hotel charged me £250 anyways and refused to refund despite being made aware of the malfunction. Expedia were willing to refund but the staff at the hotel were less than understanding, patronising through email and gave attitude (especially Tathiana Chermont) . I would give 0 stars if I could. Please, if you are staying at this hotel, make sure you have no issues because if you do, I can assure you they will NOT support you. Do yourself a favour and stay away from Number 11.

THIS HOTEL HAS BED BUGS AND THE MANAGEMENT UNWILLING AND EXPEDIA UNWILLING TO REFUND IN TIMELY MANNER ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS. Photos of bugs and bitten up arms and legs.

I particularly want to commend the two receptionist I encounter at the reception Suzanne Kiers and Joelle Deleeuw. They were helpful and charming at all times. Great location, great hotel

Was in Malta for business and couldnt have selected a better hotel to stay. The location was great, in Paceville where most things are happening, the hotel was clean, the room and shower were super sized, the internet was working perfectly and the breakfast was decent. The guys at the reception were very helpful and the resto/bar on the ground floor is a Malta hotspot. Price for quality that you get is well justified. Very happy and will consider to visit this hotel again in the future.

Very good but a few small problems

Over all a very nice, clean, modern Hotel. Checking was great, despite arriving early we were given a room. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and modern, maybe a little more storage and hangers needed but that’s all. Breakfast was continental, but a good choice. Pool on the roof was nice with good quality sun beds etc. Pool bar though was a shambles, the members of staff there was not interested at all. Her phone was the only thing she was bothered about. We asked for towels to be told go get your own from reception. We asked for a drink to be told she didn’t have any, go to the main bar downstairs and get your own. Glasses and bar area were discussing. Bars and restaurants at this hotel are run by some other company which is a slight let down. Bar not open till 6pm weekdays. Over all an excellent hotel but need to improve the bar, restaurant side for the customer enjoyment as they represent the hotel.

Great hotel and very reasonable price!!!

A really great hotel. It’s very contemporary and the furnishings and fittings are to a high standard. There is a lovely pool area and the rooms were very well equipped and cleaned daily. The location is great and very central and the rooms well sound proofed to shield from noise outside. The staff were great, the restaurant food good and breakfast nice. The only area where they could do a little better is to serve some hot items at breakfast.

The hotel is great for the price and for the location. Its close to most restaurants. It does get load with party goers on the street especially on the weekends but the room windows do a good job to keep the noise out. The rooms were a great size and clean. Sadly the view from the balcony isn't great but overall not too bad. The pool is quite small and the only downside for us was the parking. €8 a day is pretty steep and there is hardly any on street parking available in this area. parking should be subsidized for the guests IMO. Breakfast was good for a free one and overall can't fault with the hotel. We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend.
