The hotel itself is very nice. But thats not enough to get me to go back. My first big complaint is the shower, I don't know what they clean them with oil ?? my daughter fell not once but twice in their shower hitting her head hard!!! I myself even slipped luckily I caught myself. We ended up using a towel on the floor to help anyone who showered not slip. . I'm VERY disappointed honestly had that been an older lady or man they could have very easily injured themselves. The next thing is their parking. We left to get some food that night came back there was no where to park. So we ended up having to walking a couple blocks. Not the best area in my opinion. Warning if you stay here DONT USE THEIR SHOWERS unless you wanna take a little tumble.

Fire alarm while checking in, -25 degrees while waiting outside, too busy pouring champagne for what I’d assume were wedding guests to check in the rest of the people. We had some issues with the room cleanliness. We found someone else’s swim trunks behind the dresser. Then my one year old daughter kept finding gummy bears. One she even put in her mouth and I caught it thankfully before she swallowed it. Then we found another one that looked molded. I brought this up to the front supervisor and he offered us a free night stay there whenever we wanted. Which is awesome. After that though we THEN found an open safety pin over by the safe. I didn’t bring this up however as the front supervisor was already aware of the cleanliness issue and was going to fix the issue. I feel I was understood and listened to and we are excited about coming back for a free night stay in their presidential suite!

We checked in and were told we could not have the room we booked as we used a thrid party to book it. The front desk worker stated they are not required to give us the chosen room. So we paid 30 more dollars for the cheaper room. The heat did not work also. and we and we woke ip
