Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was wonderful. Beds were super comfortable, hotel is very clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast is great and I noticed they were cleaning the area all the time. If we are back in the area we will stay here

Check-in was rocky but stay was awesome!

We had requested at our booking that our 2 rooms be across the hall or next to each other due to HHA access. The desk staff said she failed to read the notes and could not accommodate the request but could at least put us on the same floor. She also did not understand the difference between a “pet” and a “service animal” as it pertains to Fed law especially a “task oriented animal” vs an ESA. Federally this is important as to documentation. None of this affected our stay but was a little bothersome after a long day of travel. The rooms were awesome!
