There are renovations taking place, hallways need a lot of work. The room was completed and clean which made our stay just fine. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, bagels, etc. Staff was pleasant, we would stay again.

Room was ok. The hall carpets are warped and I almost tripped twice They need to paint. There is no elevator to second floor. Check in person was messing around in back with ear phones in and took forever to get his attention and was slightly rude.

Rooms are really nice. The hallways were in dire need of repairs. Thw young man in the front desk was super super nice. My door would not ahut all the way and he noticed i was having a hard time walking up the stairs. So he got me a different room on the 1st floor.

This was my 2nd time staying in this hotel (in this exact same room). It is always clean and confortable. My kids and I were disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay, but thats ok. The staff at this Comfort Inn always go above and beyond, they are so kind and really want to provide guests with a good stay. The breakfast had all the typical offerings but we were very satisfied. If I am ever in the Sioux City area again I would definitley stay here a third time!

Nice staff, they reassured us that our room will be secured until we got there as we arrived late. The room accommodated our family which always a huge bonus for us.
