Check-in was a breeze. I believe the young woman’s name was Michaela. She was very warm and welcoming — lots of personality. The room was very clean, the beds comfortable and it was very quiet. My only concern was the dark brown printed rug. I would feel more comfortable in a room with vinyl or wooden floors, but that’s just me.

Very impressed by the hotel

This hotel was unexpectedly outstanding. I have read the reviews bad and good and not knowing the name avid or IHG I had my guard up. When arriving it was late, around 3:31am and the day of check out . I was there only for a day but none the less when entering the clean and quiet lounge we were greeted with welcoming smile and polite gentleman. He was fast and efficient. 2 hours before check out I asked these two lovely women who were delightfully helpful and knowledgeable they were able to accommodate our late check out the staff is well groomed in customer service :) The hotel was an unexpected bliss . Clean lobby , hallways and rooms . Pillows and beds were basically a spa treatment . This hotel and amenities are simply amazing and It had me feel like an extravagant hotel stay for a low cost . I highly recommend it ! Will stay again .
