This was a great choice for us, being centrally located for touristy things and restaurants. The hotel staff made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast choices and quality good, coffee excellent! The hotel arranged our transport from the airport and onwards to Phnom Penh which was very good and reasonably priced. There are also a few moto-remorque (aka tuk-tuk) drivers at the hotel who will take you where you like, including tours of Angkor etc.

Great property. On-site restaurant was good and offered local as well as western options. The staff was 5 *. My Viator tour guide did not show up to take me to the temples. The front desk staff had someone pick me up within 15 minutes of calling them. They were also very accommodating when I checked out and provided me a place to rest. The restaurant staff was also very accommodating.

Great Angkor Wat jumping off point

Exceptionally helpful staff, huge rooms and a good breakfast. Spotlessly clean ...great to find mosquito plugs in the room. As for Siem Reap. You have to stay there pre Angkor just as you gave to stay in Aquas Calientes pre Macchu Picchu. Both equally grim!

Great location, amazing roof & excellent service!

Great stay and a great location. My only complaint is that there were so many mosquitoes in the room without offering a net. The big bathtub in our junior suite was wonderful after long days walking, though the water was mostly warm. The rooftop bar is amazing! Service was incredible and as a fan of good breakfasts, this is one of my faves in Southeast Asia! Note: I did not like the local Pub Street which everyone re commended. It was like being in the U.S. we ventured past there to the canal and found much better food options off the tourist track. 🙌

Exceptionally well located for the tourist area. The hotel staff did an excellent job of arranging a variety of excursions for me with very little notice. The hotel driver was very friendly and helpful, I used him for 3 days in a row. The guide service I only used for one day, but it was also excellent. The rooftop pool and bar is a great place to watch the sunset, and a good way to meet other travellers.

Great place for a stay in Siem Reap

I had just a one-night stay in Siem Reap: the Two Seasons was a lovely place for that stop. At check-in, they offered a bit of fruit and a refreshing beverage, a nice touch. The room was in excellent condition and nicely laid out, with a balcony. The bathroom was also spacious and inviting, and the bed very comfortable. The rooftop pool had great views of the city, and was perfect for a morning dip. The breakfast had nice buffet offerings, and the staff very friendly.

Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel exceeded all expectations! The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff, especially Peter, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar had great food, drinks, and stunning views. The bartender, Sela, at the rooftop bar was fantastic, and the food service staff, especially Srey Mom, made the dining experience exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel—I’ll definitely stay here again!
