The staff is awesome. However i didn't stay one night there because the lock box was wooden lol and i had a lot of USD i kept with me. I needed a metal safe so i found another hotel the same day. I never requested a refund for the week i didn't stay. Not a problem, the people need the money more than me. I do however go back everyday to bring cat food for the cats and i eat at the restaurant there. The food is really good and worth just going for that.

We had a fantastic time here. The pool is small but lovely. Cllose to the bars and markets and the staff were wonderful. We extended our stay because we had such a wonderful time.

Hotel was ok and location was walkable to town, we didn't use transport but it would only be $1 to the river. The last 200m is a bit dark at night if you're a single traveller. Included breakfast was good. Our main problem was on 1st floor our balcony door mechanism was so flimsy, you can't lock the door, and you can easily walk across to the other balconies. I would ask for 2nd floor. And the safe was not bolted in. They fixed the safe immediately but couldn't get door fixed until next day. We ended up wedging it. Pool was nice. Staff were very attentive and spoke English very well. They don't answer Expedia messages promptly.

Great service!

Wonderful hotel, clean rooms. Pool was lovely. Hotel let us have a room after we checked out to get ready for for our flight and gave us a packed dinner to go for the journey. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was so nice and accommodating. Room was nice sized and clean. Walkable to many areas of the city. Downside, horrible water pressure but might not just be the hotel.

Looks amazing, pool is lovely, and staff are super helpful. However, the rooms are shoddy, cockroach was seen (although this is SE Asia) and we were bitten a bit by apparent bugs. Sheets weren't very clean either.

Good location, near Pub Street and local restaurants. Nice swimming pool with Swim-up bar. Room is comfortable, good amenities provided and they did a welcome folding towel art with my name which was a nice touch.

booked two more nights after 1 night was not enough. The room are awesome, very clean. Beds are firm. staff helpful and friendly, the main attraction was the pool such a delight after a hot day.

Undoubtedly the best location for being some meters only away from the main road, hence peaceful stay along with all amenities. The Old Market and Pub Street are at a walking distance only. The staff is very polite and helpful for all the concerns. I would prefer again if I visit Siem Reap in the future.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location

Every staff we met was very friendly and willing to help us during our stay. No boring, the hotel is located in the quiet area and quite near the night market just a few minutes away. The missing of an elevator was not a problem for us, and the astonishing pool made our holiday perfect until checking out.
