We checked in and the staff was extremely rude. The gentleman was in the back in his phone and it seemed like we were inconveniencing him by checking in. We tried calling 5 times to let them know we were checking in late and never once would they answer the phone. Once to our room our toilet was coming undone from the floor and the toilet seat had a massive crack in it. The thermostat was ripped off of the way and exposed wires were there. The room comes with a blow dryer but it was not working so we I had to leave with wet hair for the day due to them not being able to provide a working on once asking. The manager came to address our concerns an hour later after being told he would be up in 15 minutes. They switched us to another room for our next night and it was in better condition but the bed was extremely hard.

Property is on a busy corner with awkward access from main roadway. Very confusing sharp turn into property. Property is dated, room was not cleaned by housekeeping. Will stay elsewhere next time.

So I've stayed there before and never had a problem but my room was filthy and I had my 5year old daughter stay with me. I have pictures. They won't do anything bc I went through this website
