The staff was very nice and greeted me right away, helped me with my bags and made sure I was set. I had a private Christmas tree in my room and plenty of holiday touches. I was looking to get a room unlike all the other boring rooms I've stayed in this year and Mathis House did not disappoint.

A la hora del desayuno, pedí jugo de naranjo, el cual ofrecian al preguntar que se deseaba tomar,la señora que servia vibo y me dijo que lo sentian pero que ya no tenian jugo, le dije que no habia problema, pero luego llego otra pareja y les ofrecierón jugo de naranja y les sirvierón el jugo y a la de la mesa contigua la misma señora les ofreció si querían repetir jugo de naranja y todo eso estando yo ahí, me pregunto que paso conmigo, porque a mi no me quiso servir jugo?.

It was an incredibly hot day but when I went into my room it was so cool and lovely Comfy bed and lovely shower Snacks put out just for me : wine cheese spread and crackers cookies strawberries and coffee In the morning breakfast was beyond perfection Homemade scones and clotted cream and the best creamy frittata I ever had I’m coming back even if I don’t have something to do in the shore area The owner and staff love what they do And it shows
