Location was fantastic. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Staff were friendly and helpful, 2 king size beds was nice. Pool was gorgeous and comfortable. Grill was available to use. Room itself could use some repairs but it was functional and a place to lay your head and get showered. The AC and the refrigerator and microwave worked well also. Overall a good place to stay if on a budget.

The hotel staff is excellent. The AC in the room was excellent with hot water available all the time. Room lacked drinking cups and does not have a coffee machine. GREAT location. Only negative is that there is not enough parking at its site for all their guests.

I've been coming to the jersey shore for fifty nine years. The air conditioner worked, the t v worked. The water flow in the shower was good too. But let's be honest, we're not looking for a lavish apartment or hotel room. We were there for the boardwalk and the ocean and beach and it did not disappoint.

We never got past the curb to check in! There were people on the front steps doing drugs and smoking things. It was extremely dirty not maintained and overall we felt it was unsafe to stay there. We booked this hotel last minute due to an event we needed to attend and this was the only place available. We should have known why. We ended up driving home 3 hours instead.
