Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. The bar area and restaurant were all very clean and good options for food although we went out for dinner so didn’t try it. Our room was very tired and had marks on the walls in places. It had a bit of an old musty smell could have been the carpet but the bedding also had a musty odour. Our room did have a good view of the planes going into land. The hotel is in a great location and the car park was secure and we parked here for the duration of our holiday for a very good price.

Convenient to the Luton Airport

We needed a hotel near the Luton Airport. The Hilton was close and convenient. Don’t expect a fancy Hilton, but it was comfortable. We left too early for the breakfast but they provided a good bag breakfast for us to take on our way out. The first room we were given had a moldy smell. The concierge was able to give us a new room with no bad smell. Overall good experience.

The shower drain was blocked so the shower tray filled up very quickly with water so had to keep switching the water off to shower. It was really annoying as we had a really busy day and we just wanted to get into the room and shower and get to bed. Did ring the reception which they were very helpful and said they will change the room but we had unpacked and didn’t have the energy to switch rooms. The staff was very very helpful and did everything they could.
