We booked and paid for a superior room with a balcony we checked the photos on the booking site and the pokey room we were given was nothing like room we got, we asked the girl on the desk and she lied to us not happy. Staff in the bar were not welcoming and a manager spoke down to a waiter in front of customers not very professional. I have sent an email to the hotel and have not received a reply, I feel like it’s we have your money so bad luck Would not stay there again

We have stayed in many hotels but sadly we won't be going back to this one. The premier room that we booked barely had enough room to get past the bed and TV, you struggled to sit on the toilet and the terrible smell coming out of the toilet was ghastly. The location is obviously excellent as were the staff, however this hotel needs a review of its prices and standards as they don't match up to what they charged.

Staff communication was terrible.. I learned more from the guests than the staff.. .. the spa.. yes it's free to guests that's a plus.. at no point was I told you need your own padlock!! So I went got unchanged. .. can't lock the locker a gust said about a pad lock so I changed went to spa reception.waist of time.. went to the main reception eventually I got a loan of a padlock. Restaurants information I was told wrong about opening and closing times.. but the worst was the parking.. at no point was I told about DO NOT PARK IN THE MARKED BAYS... as you will get a fine... So when you check i in ask the guests they are very helpful

This property is shabby and outdated. Check in was a wait as there was no one at the counter. We had to fill out a form on an iPad even though I had given all of our info prior to arrival. The lift is slow and dirty. The floors are dirty and the carpets in The room are not vacuumed well. The worst of it all was the food in the hotel restaurant. We have travelled extensively and it was the WORST fare we’ve experienced. Completely inedible and all it was was a burger and fries and fish and chips. We wait over an hour at a take out spot because they said they were too busy to deliver to our room. Very disappointing. We won’t be back.

We were greeted by a friendly smiling gentleman, he was quick and efficient, getting us checked in quickly. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

The overall experience was ok, given it is the only location by the beach, not in downtown, if you want to get easy access to the beach and walk to the white cliff. But the facilities was not in great condition. The fridge was not working (not cold), the hair dryer was not working.

Like most, it was for the night prior to travelling on the ferry. We did not expect much but were pleasantly surprised. High standard and professional throughout. Great location for a quick drive to the ferry. Very happy.

Best stay at a hotel in ages! Stay here in Dover!

I had the best time here! I wasn't expecting this level of service from this brand but I must say, they knocked it out the park and my expectations were exceeded. The staff were super attentive, friendly and solution based. Comfy beds and couldnt fault the cleanliness. Breakfast buffet is spectacular. I really couldnt fault this place and will deff be back. Business travel or a weekend away as a couple this place has it all with the spa facilities downstairs.
