A great hotel next to the Raffles City Mall and also the metro that provides easy access to tourist places in Shenzhen. There is also a delicious halal restaurant located 5 mins away from the hotel that is not shown in google map. We truly enjoyed the comfortable stay.

its for a group of 4 and the 2 bedroom suite was spacious, clean and the location of the hotel cannot get any better. highly recommend for an overnight stay at this hotel. the mattress was sooo comfortable all of us had such good rest..

Great property for any stay over a few days. Splurge a little for a 2 bedroom premier, and for the same price as a hotel room you get a 1,400 sq ft very contemporary apartment with 2 full baths, a very well equipped full size kitchen with a washer and dryer. My unit on a high floor had no common walls with any other unit for total privacy! The staff, particularly housekeepers and front door staff were wonderful. There’s direct access from Ascott directly into a very large vibrant upscale mall with endless eating options. The Shenzhen Metro is literally 2 minutes from the front door, use exit E to access the property. One station down from Ascott is a mammoth Walmart with lots of prepared food, and across the street from the Ascott entrance and around the corner is a great, and modestly priced duck restaurant. So, overall, this is a great property in a very convenient location.

Ascott stay apr-18

Note this is an apartment type arrangement with a large room also containing a kitchen. There is no restaurant or room service but a maid service cleans and refreshes each day. Mall attached to building so food and coffee available close but it’s not clear from accomodation description it’s not a traditional hotel. Breakfast is predominantly Asian but a good selection. Wi-fi is free but is not the best as it dropped several times and could also be slow

The room is so small and very old unlike what the photos show on Expedia website (HUGE DIFFERENCE). The bed is so small, like a single bed but not queen size bed. Noisy environment, always traffic jam around the hotel. Very disappointing.
