入住登記非常擠擁，排隊多於45分鐘，前枱工作人員有禮貌有耐性有笑容！酒店環境舒適休閑，海景房景觀非常開揚，房間清潔. 冷氣足夠，但浴室水壓不穩定，甚至短暫無水.廁所是有小許渠味，但不太影響房間. 房間供提的用品及水吧都算是住過最弱的5星酒店.何況這是國際大牌子Hilton.現在竟然有酒店只提供雀巢2 1咖啡沖包，非大牌茶包.也沒有in-room dining 提供. 大床床褥的半邊是嚴重凹陷的，根本是壞床褥. 晚上酒店戶外音樂過大，關了窗還是聽到，無法好好享受夜間寧靜的大自然海浪聲..零晨沙灘還是有大喇叭卡拉ok,非常滋擾.

清潔感あるリゾートホテル

海辺のリゾートホテル。清潔感あり。ホテルのバルコニーから海が眺められる部屋に滞在した。今回は冬の滞在だったが、春から秋の気温が暑い時期にも滞在してみたい。 朝食会場も広くてメニューも種類が豊富だが、時間帯によって混雑している。周辺には多くはないが食事やコンビニなどもある。市街地へ出る場合は、タクシーで15分くらい。

沙滩是公共沙滩，没有沙滩椅，也不能下海。酒店不大，室内泳池、儿童戏水池每天中午12点到3点不开放。室外泳池不大，暑假人多就挤满了。酒店自助餐非常一般，周围也没有什么好吃的，整体体验不符合五星标准

酒店價格不值及不會再選擇

酒店員工受的訓練明顯不足，從進店，辦理入住，到各環節員工都好亂！Check in應該是下午三點，但房間未清潔延至下午四點半才可進房間。房間內窗戶好多指紋，露台有污穢物未清理。只此一次，以後不會再選擇這酒店

海景房，但是非常潮湿，不能开窗。酒店自助餐很不错。 酒店前台的服务员态度较差，服务不热情。 酒店内摆设有安全隐患，直角菱角位置十分尖锐，腿被撞到几次已破皮淤青。到酒店前台问是否有药箱能给消毒止痛，居然只有止血贴和驱风油。很让人震惊。
