NEW apartment, in a building totally refurbished 5 years ago, located in the ideal place to visit Seville: 5 minutes walking from the monumental area (Cathedral, Giralda, Town Hall, Alcazar, Archivo de Indias, Bullring, Guadalquivir River) Just a few steps from the commercial area, with the best boutiques and places of entertainment, entertainment and services of the city.

In case you're driving to Seville, there's a free parking space available for you at less than 5 min.walk in an underground parking.

It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
In the elegant and bright living room there is a large sofa bed 1.50 meters wide (once made bed), which allows to sleep 2 additional people.

The dining table is extendible up to 10 diners.

Its modern kitchen is fully equipped, with all the large and small appliances needed (dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, oven and microwave).

The floors are of marble and all finishes are of the highest quality.

It also has free Wi-Fi with high-speed fiber.

Surrounded by streets with orange trees, it is a pleasure to wander around the neighborhood, especially in spring with the blossomed orange blossom and with an extraordinary aroma of its streets.

Being a quiet street and a very well insulated floor of the noise, allows you the perfect rest and privacy.
At the same time, the whole area has innumerable bars and restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of services necessary to make you spend a comfortable stay.

It is the ideal location to enjoy the Holy Week, since all the brotherhoods run only a few meters from the accommodation, being therefore optimal to see the brotherhoods and be able to rest when you feel like it.

The Feria de Abril de Sevilla is easily accessed on a nice walk along the river or with direct buses or taxi, which have their stop a few meters.

The Museum of Fine Arts, second most important art gallery in Spain, is located just 3 minutes walk.
Also, a few meters away, there are innumerable Sevillian Palace Houses and churches of very high cultural value.

The river Guadalquivir, which runs through the city, is located 100 meters from the apartment. Next to it is the Plaza de Toros La Maestranza and the Barrio de Triana, a genuine neighborhood of artists, bullfighters and artisans.

Location, location, location and charm. This apartment experience was only made better with the absolute sweetest neighborhood all day brunch bar with the most pleasant staff directly below on street level. The apartment managers were very responsive and attentive. This apartment was very much as presented. It was truly a walk-about area with local flavor. If it's available for your stay - do not hesitate. Again, charming!!
The river is a close walk.
If you do the hop on hop off bus for a complete go around first you'll see what interests you.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Amazing place, location, and host!!

Javier's hospitality made all the difference of making our stay nothing short of AMAZING!!! His communication was great prior to our arrival and even greeted us to give us a tour of the place and guidance of how to navigate the city. Javier and the apartment comes with great guides and tips of recommendation in the city. Location/ Convenience - The place is centrally located on a quiet street and very walkable to all major sites (less than 10 minutes). The kitchen was very well stocked with everything that we needed and the supermarket is just below the apartment. Place - Very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Will re-book if I every get to change to visit Seville again! Thank you Javier!

Outstanding Place!

Our family of four, along with our two young adventurers, had an absolutely incredible experience at Javier’s charming place! From the moment we arrived, Javier went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. The apartment is in a fantastic location, perfect for all our explorations! We can't recommend it enough! On top of that, we dined at the delightful Alimentari Italian restaurant ( first floor of our building) —a true gem with mouthwatering dishes that left us wanting more. What an unforgettable adventure!

Perfect VRBO for a recent trip to Sevilla. Traveling with family of five boys age 12 through 18. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Location was fabulous and we could walk to all the sites. In addition it was located on a safe street with secure entrance. It had a washer and air-conditioning units. Our host Javier was excellent. He met us upon arrival and reviewed how everything in the apartment worked and also gave us many helpful tips for exploring the city. We hope to return in the near future!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at Javier’s apartment in Sevilla. The apartment’s location was perfect and just a short walk to all of the historic/tourist sites, shops, restaurants, etc. that we went to. Also, the owner, Javier, went out of his way to explain everything about the apartment to us and also gave a detailed presentation about Sevilla’s tourist sites, restaurant recommendations, etc., that we might be interested in. Wonderful, spacious apartment in a great location. Javier is the best host and provides lots of information. He’s thought of everything. One of the best apartments we’ve ever rented. Has an elevator and washing machine. Friendly neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby. Liked the Italian restaurant nextdoor. Taxi stand at the corner. Loved Sevilla and would stay here again. Fabulous Apartment in Sevilla!

We had such a lovely stay! The apartment was very well appointed, with all the amenities, and thoughtful touches. Javier was an exceptional host! He met us at the apt to give us a tour and also provided a wonderful overview of the city, sites to visit, and recommendations for our trip. Javier was also so helpful leading up to our arrival, answering questions and offering guidance for our travel from Portugal to Spain. We hope to book this apt again on our next trip! The Perfect Getaway in Seville

This could not be a better property in a better location with a better host. Everything was simply awesome! Javier is an incredible host with great local knowledge. This was a fantastic base for our nine nights stay in Seville! The apartment is clean, comfortable and well stocked, including a well equipped kitchen, pantry items and extra towels / bedding. Javier was generous in orienting us to Seville and the neighbourhood, and was accessible for any questions. The location was perfect - including a short walk to Triana market and two supermarkets.

This is an excellent property within easy walking distance of all the main sights and more. Javier was a fantastic host, welcoming us and providing comprehensive information including a huge variety of local restaurants and shops. He also gave us family contacts in case required whilst he was away in London, but also kept in touch from there himself. The apartment was very clean, tidy and extremely well equipped. We were in a great area for restaurants and all the sights. Our host Javier was more than accommodating. He helped us with our luggage and parking garage. He spent a lot of time with us to learn where the best eating places were and where to go to look at the historical sights. The kitchen was amazing with all the right tools.
