Change the Manager

We cannot fault the apartment - it had all we needed. However, the manager, Esperanza was absolutely rude, disrespectful and really doesn't care about her clients. We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help. She put the phone down when we tried to call & then told us to solve it ourselves as it was our problem. I begged her to help (by this time it was 2am) & explained that we didn't know Seville & couldn't speak Spanish but she ignored all messages & to this day, hasn't asked us whether we managed to open our apartment door & get in!! In my opinion, this person should NEVER be allowed to look after anyone as she just does not care about her guests!!!
