Remodeled, modern contemporary home with a waterfront wraparound deck where you can sit and enjoy the ever-changing views. 150 feet of private beach access is just down the steps (use of private beach is limited to within the property lines of home, but a public beach for taking walks can be accessed less than 1/4 mile down the street.)



This unique home's Great Room features a 14 foot open beamed ceiling, modern tile floors and huge waterfront picture windows.



Grill up some steaks on the outdoor barbeque or whip up a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen with state of the art Samsung appliances.  



Relax with a movie on the Cable TV / DVD or enjoy the free Wifi in front of the large natural stone propane fireplace.  Feel the stress melting away!



Retire for the evening in one of two water side bedrooms each with its own on suite bath.  Enjoy your morning coffee on the wraparound deck, protected from the wind, and soak up the morning sunshine.



Parking: there is only enough room to park two cars. 



Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.



Out of respect for guests with allergies, our home is strictly pet free. Sorry, no pets allowed, no exceptions.



A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. If you booked via Airbnb, the discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction. If you booked via VRBO, please ask us to apply the discount to your stay. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.



Four miles north of Sequim, on a very quiet street, the new Water's Edge will meet your every need for a restful beach experience. If you need more beds, check out "The Crab Shack" which is right across the street to include additional friends and family.



Only 55 minutes from Olympic National Park, where you can drive up to Hurricane Ridge for spectacular views and an easy hike at the top.



About 14 minutes from John Wayne Marina, which has excellent marine services, a restaurant, boat launch ramps, public beach access, and picnic areas.



Please note: during low tide, there can be a noticeable ocean smell — it’s completely natural and temporary.

Arrival and entry information will be emailed to you 1-2 days before your arrival.

In the Jamestown neighborhood, local traffic only. Supplies are in town.
