Staff at check in was very friendly. Location of hotel was gorgeous, especially the waterfront room I had. Unfortunately when I rolled back the sheets to climb in bed for the night, after a long day of travel, I was completely grossed out to find them covered in black body hair, not head hair, but body hair. Not just a little, from the pillow down to the foot area. There were also a few small pieces of grass. The front desk was already closed for the evening, so I had zero options. Thankfully the top side of the sheets appeared to be cleaner. Upon check out, I did notify the very disheveled looking front desk employee. Although she did apologized, it was mostly filled with excuses.

I was not thrilled about being up on the third floor and having to drag my luggage up there, but other than that the accommodations were fine. Very quiet location and near the water.

I didn't like that there wasn't an elevator as I have a foot injury and we were on the third floor. I didn't like that the bathroom was tiny. They need to have Keurig coffee makers in the room with a better selection of drinks. I can't drink caffeine and it would have been nice to have more options. I do know that they had more downstairs but I only used the stairs twice a day. I loved having the balcony and a beautiful view.

This is an old hotel but it's been updated. Our room was very nice and very clean with a small balcony looking right out onto the bay with long views. The showerhead was a large square "rain" type with good pressure. We were there for two nights on the Memorial Day weekend, so of course the prices were different for the different days which is always annoying but seems to be standard practice now. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We will stay here again.
