Jack realized there was an issue when we arrived. He called apologized and provided a credit for the inconvenience. Location was incredible, beautiful home. I wish I had looked at my email earlier before I booked a hotel room for an extended day. Definitely would have rather spent the money on his place.

We stayed at the condominium from December 28, 2025, through January 2, 2026. The home was comfortable, well-appointed, and met all of our needs. The view from the deck provided a lovely setting to enjoy morning coffee. The gated community was peaceful, quiet, and well maintained.During our stay, we enjoyed golfing and had the opportunity to speak with several local residents, all of whom were friendly and welcoming. The location is ideal, with convenient access to nearby restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this property and are grateful for the wonderful memories it provided.

Everything was perfect! The views from the great room and deck are incredible. The house is well-equipped in all areas - kitchen, bathroom, etc. the surroundings and neighborhood were safe and super quiet. We have very high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and this home was spotless. We also thought the location was ideal for hiking and tooling around downtown Sedona. Highly recommend!

Amazing condominium, fully equipped with everything you’ll need to make your trip as stressful as possible. Ownership was very accommodating, communication was easy, and environment is extremely peaceful. One of the best features is the view off the balcony, simply amazing.

We've stayed at other condos at Canyon Mesa, but this is our 4th visit to this condo - can you tell we enjoy it?? It is always very clean; we really love the changes (kitchen remodel, new flooring, new deck & furniture). Spacious & quiet. Great views of the red rocks & wildlife around the golf course. Will be back!

We love visiting Sedona and staying at this home. The owners did a complete remodeling of the balcony which has a great view of the red rocks. We are already booked again in October.

Perfection right outside of Sedona

This was the perfect house for our home away from home for the week, and would definitely stay here again in the future. I've already told all my friends to stay here on they are ever traveling to this area! PROS: -The VIEWS. Right outside your giant patio windows are amazing views of the famous Bell Rock and other giant red rocks. And even out the high ceiling back windows you get smaller mountain views. -Fully stocked. By that, I mean: dish soap, hand soap, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, tin foil, parchment paper, dishes galore, towels and blankets galore, a few complimentary K--cups, spices and oils. Any utensil you can think you'd need: it's there. -Clear instructions. All the codes you need, things you'll need to know for your stay are written up and put everywhere around the house. I rarely had a question. -It was right near/on the golf course, which is also a great amenity. The little country club that this condo is a part of is great. Very, very quiet, pristine, and easy to get around. The house has tennis rackets available for use and my kids used them every day we were there! -Great communication with the owner. CONS -Not really a con, towards the house, but if you're looking for a place "with a pool", it's quite a jont. It's part of the country club, yes, but it's not easily within walking distance. We drove every time, which was ok, but it would've been nice to be able to just have a quick bop down to the pool and back up if you forgot something.
