The room was clean and the place is quaint and well maintained. Staff treated us with disdain, the breakfast was like you would get in a cheap motel, buffet style with a waffle maker set up. Dishes all disposable.

wonderful building, attentive staff, wonderfully appointed room, we stayed in 11 behind the reception to avoid stairs. Do note for others with mobility issues that it is a historic home without elevator so plan accordingly. Parking is easy and the property is very close to beach promenade and restaurants. Front desk staff was SO kind snd helpful, personable she's a 20/10.

What a gem this place is! So clean, quiet and lovely. Only a short walk to the beach, beautiful yard, fire pit, nicely acquainted rooms, comfortable bed. It was also great having access to the bikes and we really enjoyed riding the path by the beach. Nice breakfast. We will definitely stay again!
