We were looking forward to the breakfast based on the reviews but it was just a pre-made muffin, OJ, and bagel, nothing warm. The bed was clearly old and had a dip in the middle. The hot tub was nice, but only warm (not hot). Overall, just a bit disappointing.

Room was clean. Plenty of chairs for sitting.nice size bathroom. NOW, the cons.....rooms are being remodeled and info for where to check-in not clear. Turns out to be room about the size of a closet. Website says breakfast included.....NOT during remodel, which we were informed upon check-in.Also, no real office area to sit and enjoy fireplace,no amenities such as beer and wine that was also listed on website. Another item, sheets on bed were torn. I can understand the process of remodel some items may not be available, BUT, it should be stated what is and what isn't. The view of the river and ships moving was great. Planning a trip in the future WHEN remodel is complete.

We stayed at the Crest Hotel for one day and checked out on New Year's Eve. It cost me $140.46. I felt that I paid way too much for the room with one queen size bed. The mattress was too soft and the pillows small and lumpy. The quality of the room was Motel 6 level but the cost was way more than it's value. The total cost of the room is supposed to be $240.46

We have stayed in this hotel multiple times and perceived it as excellent. We were booked into a room with two queens that wasn't available. Moved to a king, but could only stay there 1 of the two nights. Mattress was horrible. I will give props to the young man who helped us check in. He was in a bad situation because of the errors for which he had no answer. On checking out, female behind the desk was rude about us having breakfast....Breakfast is over, she said as were trying to toast bagels. She was also dismissive when providing our receipt...guessing my response the evening before was noted somewhere in the notes. Again, I've always had an enjoyable time at this hotel. This was my 4th year visiting. Will be the last. Reality, my room should have been comped.

Get the room with the view! We got a pet friendly with a view and was so convenient to have a slider door to a grassy area right outside the room. Beautiful spot for a complimentary cup of coffee and a bagel!

Nice views, but the bathroom was the entryway

PROS: -Beautiful location! Great view from patio -Small but well situated hot tub with strong jets -Short drive into town -Decent continental breakfast CONS: -Uncomfortable mattress that was way too soft and sloped towards the center, giving me a backache all weekend -Not super clean - someone's old socks sticking out from under the bed, random quarter on the floor -No pool towels provided so we had to use our only set of towels to dry off the chlorinated water from the hot tub and then again after showering in the hotel room -THE BATHROOM WAS THE ENTRYWAY. I have never seen anything like that before. You walk in the front door and the toilet is immediately to the left. The shower is also in the entryway, with another door into the hotel room. There's a small window in the bathroom/entryway that you can open for ventilation, but no fan (other than a box fan). That window is directly above the toilet, facing the walkway outside of the rooms. Not exactly a window you want open while you're using the toilet. And if someone produced an aroma in the bathroom, everyone has to walk right through that in order to get between the main room and the door to the parking lot. Points for originality I guess? But at ~$240/night (incl taxes and fees) I sort of expected the bathroom to not also be the entryway to the room.
