Nice for families

Could have used a bigger fridge and there was plenty of room for one. Need mirrors in bedrooms since vanity is in the living area. Overall great place. Convenient to everything, and staff were great.

Considering this is of season it was so unrushed in SeaSide the property was well kept. This is not a five star property but it was a very nice stay. if you don't mind not seeing the ocean from your window (I was not expecting to see the ocean) and you want to be close to main area of SeaSide this could be the place for you. Located just a block off the beach and main dining/shopping for town this is a great place to land and then walk. I would consider staying here again.

I really wanted to love this place because it ticked all the boxes. Free breakfast, which was great for me and my kids. Pet friendly, even received a basket with a dog towel, bowls and treats just for the dog! Amazing!! Decent pricing, always a huge plus! My problem was with the room itself. Though nice and clean, the bathroom had to shelving for toiletries and space I front of the mirror was small in our double bathroom. I understand, structurally why this is, but a small table or shelves could have been added to the bathroom to help accommodate the need. Also, the fireplace was not working and the first two nights the room was a little chilly until we turned up the heaters. So, not terrible but it showed a working fireplace. Lastly, the kitchenette had a double burner that did not work at all. It barely got a lot of water to warm up after being on for 45 minutes. In order to save money on food with two kids, it’s important to pack and cook multiple meals in our room, especially if it comes with a kitchenette, this one did not get the job done. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The staff was nice and helpful with great recommendations and the location was ideal. If they could just fix these small issues, it would get a 5 star rating from us.

The staff at the Inn is incredible!!!! Best ive ever had but that truly was the only thing. Our room had a bad case of ants that got all over our luggage, clothes and us. The breakfast didnt have a lot to choose from as far as hot food. Just waffles and toast and bagels. Pool without a hot tub was disappointing. Unfortunately i wont return here regardless on how great the staff is.

It was a perfect stop over on our way up the coast. The kids loved the bright colored doors, the breakfast was perfect for the early morning hangrys. Despite the building being obviously old, it was well cared for & very clean. The best part might have been the dog welcome basket & how welcome the dogs were.

For the price, I wasnt expecting the Dour Seasons, especially on the Oregon coast at the start of the busy tourist season. Superficially, the hotel seems nice, must of had a mini makeover sometime recently. But it isn't cohesive. The color choices dont work on the outside, The carpet in the halways leasing to the rooms was causing us to have visual hallucinations, and it didnt get much better once inside our room. We opted for a souvle queen with a kitchenette. From the bright teal door, the orange curtains, the repourosed and poorlynpainted headboards, to the comic strip themened backsplaah in the kitchenette, it just didnt work. The furniture did not make sense. The fixtures old, etc. The LVP flooring had gaps under it. And the room didnt smell fresh. Not bad though. One of the selling points for us to reserve two nights here was the indoor pool. I am a Certified Pool Operator, and i could not, in good conscious, allow my family to get in the pool. First, there was no phone available as required by law to make 911 calls, second, the pool was so cloudy that it ahould not have been open. By law, the main drains in the bottom of a pool have to be clearly visable. These were not. Im guessing their filter is not working well as the cloudiness is from skin oils and otehr organics combining with chlorine into chlorimines. That creates that nasty chlorine smell, which this pool smelled of badly. The Staff was very friendly and helpful.

To start none of the pictures advertised are representative of our room. There was dust all over the headboards the bathroom fans are very loud as some have mentioned, so is the mini fridge it buzzes all through the night. Staff are smoking by the door constantly.

There was construction in the room next door that was a bit noisy, beds weren’t super comfortable, and the room was a bit rough around the edges. The pool is small with no hot tub. The layout of our suites didn’t make a ton of sense and no private balcony, but Customer service was wonderful!
