Address was wrong to a building under construction, sound actual one with note to check in at another hotel miles away. no hot water. Not even enough for one quick shower.

Really thin walls, I could hear the people in the next room snoring. There was a very bright porch light that made it seem like daylight in the middle of the night with the curtains shut. Otherwise it was what I expected for the price. I would stay again if I wanted a cheap basic motel, but bring a sleeping mask and ear plugs (which I normally travel with, just didn't happen to have this time.)

Parking was ok. I was shocked at the small size of the room. I was glad that my wife was not able to be there. Due to room size. The counter is so large that it cuts down on the access to enter the room and because of this it causes the room refrigerator to block easy access to the bathroom. Several wall outlets are loose, so when you plug in something it falls out. Noise was another downfall, Doors slamming and a lot of stomping or pounding. There is no staff onsite, you must check in at a different hotel to get room key.

Lots of little holes in the wall, broken floor tiles, and just general ascetic issues. The front desk worker is kinda rude as well. They also have strange policies not listed on hotels.com.

Need to fix the roof out side room 301 its broken plastic roof and raines on the outside sitting area so it can't be used.
